1. Deposits and Payments
All deposits are non-refundable once parts, special materials, or services have been scheduled or ordered.
The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon completion of the work.
We accept cash, Zelle, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Late payments may be subject to late fees and/or interest permitted by law.
Returned checks will be subject to an additional administrative fee.
All jobs require a 50% deposit before the start of service or ordering of materials. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon completion of the work, prior to final delivery or system activation.
Materials, special equipment, and custom orders will not be processed until the required deposit is received.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of service, withholding of access credentials, programming, keys, codes, or final system activation until payment is received in full.
2. Special Orders and Materials
Special-order parts, programmed keys, remotes, electronic equipment, access control systems, cameras, and custom materials require an advance deposit.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on manufacturer or supplier availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, suppliers, or third parties.
3. Warranty on Labor
Warranty on labor is valid for _ days from the date of service.
This warranty covers only defects directly related to the installation or workmanship performed by our company.
The warranty becomes void if:
* Another technician modifies or manipulates the work.
* There is misuse, vandalism, accident, or external damage.
* Electrical problems, humidity, fire, water damage, or power fluctuations affect the equipment.
* The customer modifies configurations or installations.
4. Manufacturer Warranty / Parts and Equipment
Parts and equipment are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
We do not warranty customer-supplied parts.
Electronic equipment, access control systems, cameras, readers, magnetic locks, smart locks, and computerized systems may be subject to manufacturer limitations.
5. Limited Liability
Our maximum liability is limited solely to the amount paid for the service performed.
We are not responsible for:
* Loss of income or business.
* Indirect or incidental damages.
* Pre-existing failures or conditions.
* Structural, electrical, or third-party related issues.
* Old, deteriorated, or previously modified systems.
6. Bankruptcy or Financial Problems of Customer
The customer’s bankruptcy, insolvency, business closure, or financial difficulties do not eliminate or cancel the obligation to pay for services, materials, or completed work already performed.
The customer agrees that all services performed, materials installed, or completed work constitute a valid and enforceable debt regardless of bankruptcy, business closure, internal disputes, or administrative changes.
7. Estimates and Changes
All estimates are subject to final inspection. Prices may change if hidden damages, additional work, or unforeseen conditions are discovered. Any additional work will be charged separately.
8. Cancellations
Same-day appointment cancellations may be subject to a service call or cancellation fee. Emergency and after-hours services are non-refundable.
9. Electronic Equipment and Programming
We do not guarantee programming or compatibility when defective modules, damaged computers, aftermarket systems, or electrical issues exist within the vehicle or equipment.
Some vehicles or systems may require dealer access or additional programming.
10. Permissions and Authorization
The customer confirms they are the authorized owner or have legal permission to request unlocking, installation, or modification of locks and security systems.
COMMERCIAL / CONDOMINIUM ACCOUNTS
Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services and legal collection fees.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services and legal collection fees. The customer authorizes electronic charges for unpaid balances related to approved work.
ACCESS CONTROL / CAMERA SYSTEMS
We do not guarantee internet service, Wi-Fi connectivity, mobile applications, cloud services, or third-party services.
AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES
We are not responsible for damages related to pre-existing system failures, aftermarket alarms, defective modules, or prior repairs.
